1) What if I already have a workout program with my school? Most schools have workout programs that focus on strength. This program compliments that and lets you learn how to turn that strength into power.
2) What ages can this work for? Ages 9 and above. The workouts are structured to meet the needs of the specific athlete and tailored for them.
3) Is this for baseball only? Absolutely not! Any athlete can benefit from this program.
4) What does it matter if I have a good vertical leap for baseball? The vertical leap test just shows how much power you can create through your hips and legs.
